MAIN VENUE

The 2011 PGA will take place primarily at:

Located near the Plainpalais area, the Maisons des Associations is easily accesible by bus (Bus 1) or tram (Tram 13 or Tram 15), at the Cirque stop.

Joint Cultural Evening (29 November, 7:00pm)

The Cultural Evening on 29 November will take place at:
Salle de Communal de Plainpalais:
Rue de Carouge 52

Future of the Forum Session (30 November, 3:30pm)

The Future of the Forum session on 30 November will take place at:
Palexpo Conference Center:
1218 Grand-Saconnex

The Palexpo is located next to the Geneva Airport. It is accesible by bus (Bus 5, Palexpo stop) or by train (from the main train station at "Cornavin", take any train going to the airport, then follow the signs from there.)

Public Action (2 December, 12:00pm)

The Public Action on 2 December will take place at the Place des Nations (by the "Broken Chair") outside the United Nations. It is accessible by tram (Tram 13 or Tram 15, Nations stop). A map of the area can be viewed here:

Accommodations

Delegates will be responsible for their own accommodations. A list of hotels and arrangements for bookings, can be found at Booking.com.

 

Transportation

Local Geneva residents are recommended to check public transportation costs here.

For all visitors who reside at a Geneva hotel or hostel, you will be provided a complimentary public transportation card upon check-in. This will enable you to use any public transportation around Geneva for FREE!

Take Bus 1, Tram 13 or Tram 15 to Cirque and follow the map above to walk to MdA.
